Our Quality Assurance program meets such requirements as MIL-I-45208, FAR21, 45, 145, and meets the intent of AS9100 and DCMC ISO9001 along with various customer specifications (i.e. PWA, Hamilton Sundstrand, NASA, etc.) We employ statistical and other controls for monitoring process parameters, perform visual inspections using trained and experienced inspectors and dimensional inspections.  These inspections are coordinated with our customers’ quality departments undertaken using the appropriate measuring equipment including a Coordinate Measuring Machine, with the intent to assure all inspection is done with the same expectations and methods used.
